I have several problems, and so does my grandma. We hear what sounds like short scratching sounds, static that is real loud, then it stops, and goes again. It'll repeat part of what you say 4 or 5 times. And the picture freezes sometimes. We both have Logitech web cams. Does anyone know what's going on? Thanks!

I wish I could help you with your question, but I have no idea as to the answer.
It just really vexes me that certain people want to disrupt what could potentially be a really useful site.
This kind of thing is happening on a daily basis, so look out.
Reply:go into the advanced sound in the control panel and turn off the microphone boost...then in msn run the audio and video set up wizard...cheers
