How can I stop messenger from displaying the login box when I start up my computer? Very annoying!!?

Start your messenger and sign in, click preferences, unclick "start yahoo messenger as windows starts".

How can I stop messenger from displaying the login box when I start up my computer? Very annoying!!?
And/or eliminate the pass word, if it will let you, so that you don't have to type it.

Reply:Not sure what messenger program you are talking about but if it is Yahoo!, go to Messenger --%26gt; Preferences --%26gt; Click on General Settings, uncheck the first box that says Start Yahoo !Messenger when my computer starts up.
