I have windows live messenger 8.5 beta and it wont sign me in unless i get the new version but where can i get it cos it says i have the newest one if i try to download them.

Reply:No idea - they have made it completely impossible to actually find anything sensible relating to messenger anywhere on their site haven't they?!
I'm on version 8.1 which is dated last year but I definitely take every upgrade they try to force on me - never heard of v 8.5 - I'm surprised it has shot along that far without them trying to make me take any of the versions in between!
