My Yahoo messenger works on my husbands logon on the computer but not mine. I need to know how to fix it on my account.
How do I make Yahoo Messenger work on a computer that has 2 login Id's?
Aren't sure how it is set up on your computer when logging into YMessenger. On the "logon" window of YMessenger if it is set to "remember my ID" take the check marks off that. If you still can't sign in, when your husband is signed in, he must go to preferences and remove under the general tab the check from "automatically start YMesenger" . click Apply and then OK. Then sign out of his id and sign in with your id. Hope this works
