I have downloaded messenger but when I click on it nothing happens. Also it only ever downloads 99% of the messenger, what is going on?
How do I get messenger to work?
Well when first ot my laptop, this happened to me, I just restarted my computer, tried again, and it worked!

Reply:first of all it sounds like you tried out the new messenger 9.0,you know the one that has all the bugs,i just went thru that same problem,everybodys complaining about the new messenger(if this is what you have) you are supposed to have downloaded all 100% of the program ,so between it already having bugs and a partial down load,you are in a bit of deep do do,delete it and try again,if it still does not work go back to messenger 8.0,you won't go wrong there!
