Every time I sign into Windows Live Messenger, my laptop restarts itself. I get an annoying blue screen and then it restarts. It never shuts down--until I sign into Messenger! Do you know what the problem is and how I could fix it? Thank you!

if you get a blue screen saying all type of stuff like memory dumps, then you might have a problem, I would say reinstall your os and start over again. You can do it with in the laptop, go to your manufactures website for more info or when your computer boots up press the key which say system restore and follow the instructions.
